3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD ($) unless otherwise stated
  • Payment must be made in full or via an agreed payment plan before access is granted
  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)

5. Access to Course

  • Access is granted upon successful payment
  • Access is for personal use only
  • We reserve the right to revoke access if these Terms are breached

6. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Vardano Consulting Ltd.

You may NOT:

  • Share, reproduce, or distribute content
  • Resell or sublicense materials
  • Upload content to third-party platforms

7. Performance-Based Guarantee & Refund Policy

We offer a conditional money-back guarantee.

A full refund will only be issued if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  1. You have completed all modules within the course
  2. You can provide clear evidence that you have EITHER:
    • Approached at least 20 restaurants directly (e.g. in-person outreach), OR
    • Spent at least $2,000 USD on lead generation advertising
  3. You have not secured a paying client as a result

Evidence Requirements

To qualify for a refund, you must provide verifiable evidence, including but not limited to:

  • Screenshots or logs of outreach activity
  • Proof of advertising spend
  • Supporting documentation showing genuine effort

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to: [email protected]
  • We reserve the right to assess all submitted evidence
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days if approved

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not available without sufficient evidence
  • Refunds are not available for lack of effort or incomplete participation
  • This guarantee is designed to support committed participants who fully implement the course

8. Limitation of Liability

All content is provided for educational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Income
  • Business success
  • Client acquisition

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vardano Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Business losses
  • Indirect or consequential damages

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if:

  • Terms are breached
  • Content is shared or misused

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
